I'd assume yes, since the point of SN fasting is to have your digestive system as empty as possible. Cigarettes don't fill your stomach.
A person I met on here successfully CTB on SN an hour after having a cig.

No. Enjoy your cigs. Just be careful that you don't have a cigarette after ingesting the SN because you never know when you might be knocked out. It could be in the middle of your cigarette and then you might have a fire on your hands. But enjoy your cigarettes up to that point.

I've read about one user here that went to smoke outside right after taking his SN, and he ended up passing out outside and being found. It can hit you quicker than expected, so be carefulSimilar threads
