• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Just left psychiatry 3 hours ago. I'm in an unconsoleable state. I've been avoiding these appointments the past year or so, just seeing my nurse for my injection as I'm bipolar and without it I enter mania/psychosis.

I'm going through rapid cycling, I smoke the reefer occasionally and all the help I can get from psychiatry is basically being told on repeat stop smoking, stop smoking.
Ssris send me into mania.
I'm worried they're going to take away my psychologist because he kept going on during our session about how stretched the public services are and how little I deserved anything from them.

I just need to reach out. I don't think I'm going to make it through another low after those sessions.

That's how I feel after a session too. Talking about previous traumas do that to me
