Idk what the internet has to do with it but am curious about your thoughts on that

I think humans are already godly, the most godly things we know, and therefore, perhaps, gods. We can fly though we have no wings, we can withstand pressures of the deep ocean, we have wicked advanced medicine and new research going all the time, we create clones and play with genes, cause mass extinctions and create protected places to bring back endangered species.

A person can say, 'Yes, but we can't go deep in the ocean without a craft.' and 'Our medicine can't cure everything. A god's could.' but where is that god? ???? Is there a more powerful being in our world? No? Well then. Anything we can dream a god can do, we're working on.

Of course, maybe a lot of those godly things I mentioned don't affect or include a lot of people. But our potential exists, whether we could ever bring ourselves to act on it?? Question marks because that's debatable.... if something never happens, was it ever a possibility? I think most people say yes, but some don't, so.

I don't think we're actually gods, not seriously semantically; but we're the closest there is (i think, being a non-believer in gods of religions or really any other beliefs) and I like to bring it up sometimes lul (or maybe there are gods in everything, sometimes i think that.. because then it would balance out. but then is it relevant, becomes the question. well, maybe we're just not interacting quite right yet, for it to be relevant.)
