Like the title says, does anyone like to watch it? Every day I rewatch old matches, 1997 - 2003, and begin to recall my childhood.

I am a huge fan of professional wrestling from the early 1980s through roughly 2001 when the WWE acquired WCW and ECW, as I personally disliked Vince McMahon's burial of most of their rosters and the "Invasion" angle in general.

Some of my favorite wrestlers from the 80s and early 90s are Bret Hart, Curt Hennig/Mr. Perfect, Randy Savage, Ted DiBiase, and Rick Rude. Moving into later years my favorites are Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, Lance Storm, and William Regal.

I like both wcw and wwf from 1997. Favourite wrestlers are Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, The Undertaker, Chris Jericho, Bret Hart, Bill Goldberg, Kurt Angle.

Sadly I missed out on it during my childhood, but a couple years ago a coworker got me into it and I watched quite a few old matches that I found quite interesting. Considering how obsessed with death I am, it probably doesn't come as a surprise that the Undertaker would be my favorite. After him, I would say Shawn Michaels and Kane are some of my favorites too, just because the matches they both had with the Undertaker were some of the best I've ever seen.

I follow the wrestling bios YouTube channel where he goes through the Monday night wars week by week.

I've started using some of the phrases from there like Bret Hart's 'jam up guy.' In everyday conversation.

Some of my favorite matches:

Randy Savage vs. Ricky Steamboat - WrestleMania III

Bret Hart vs. The British Bulldog - Summerslam 1992

Bret Hart vs. Steve Austin - WrestleMania XIII

Dean Malenko vs. Eddie Guerrero - WCW Starrcade 1997

Ric Flair vs. Kerry Von Erich - WCCW 1984

I believe all of these matches are available for free on YouTube, but I'm feeling a bit too lazy to dig them up, haha.

Edit: In reference to mentions of the Undertaker, I would probably rate him around #3 in greatest wrestlers of all time behind Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels.

We got to get our aggression from our frustrations with society and the world out somehow. This is a good way to do it, just watch a little wrestling.

Speaking of wrestling, I wanted to say that participating in this thread gave me some excellent ideas for the story I've been working on in off topic. I made up my own fictional wrestlers with the help of a friend, so my main characters could watch wrestling on the TV. I have to tell you, writing entire wrestling matches into a story is some fun shit!

Also I will watch the last 2 matches that have been posted in here soon.

It's been a while since I last watched Steve Austin and the Rock, I forgot how brutal that match was, but when I started playing the video, it started playing at the very end lmao. I had to start over to watch it again.

I was not expecting my activities on SaSu to include professional wrestling evangelism, but life is strange.
