• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Today I really feel like CTB and I just want to stop doing all of this. I don't want to spend much longer on earth. Do any of you guys know what I can try? Any methods that are a little easier than chemicals? I can't afford anything.

Assuming you have a good anchor point and rope, full suspension hanging is pretty hard to fuck up unless someone find you before death does.

Or jumping but it needs to be very very high.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as foolproof when it comes to CTB. There are methods that are more likely to achieve the desired outcome than others, but even the most effective methods cary the risk of failure and other post attempt complications.

Has to be either a train or full suspension with a stout tree branch in a location where you won't be found.

Maybe I take for granted not living in a city but there are plenty of freight train tracks nearby where serious medical help will be about 30 minutes away at the earliest and nobody is going to be around to stop someone.

I don't have access to any ledges or tall buildings. Most of those have people and they wouldn't let me in. :(

I don't live near fast trains

This is basically a non method. Do not do this.

Shotgun is as good as it's gonna get.
I'll have to wait another year until I can have one of those, but I still don't think I'll have money to get one.

Hanging sounds like your best bet then.

To be fair, there have been reports of people stranded at sea and when they ran out of food, some people chose to end their life by drinking sea/ocean water to die faster, as reported by survivors.

I don't know what it is with these new accounts coming out of the wood works to try to play up the reliability of a non method. Let me reinstate: Do not do this.

Yes, people can die from many things, but that does not make it a good method. Is it reliable? How fast does it kill you? How much would you need to consume in order for it to be lethal? Is that amount humanly possible in a purposeful manner (NOT accidental) or in a normal manner (NOT lost at sea)? How lethal is it? How often do people die in normal circumstances with this method? How painful is it?

Do not recommend a method that barely has any research on it. Do you want this person to suffer?

48 hours sleep deprived, heavily intoxicated and a sealed environment of carbon monoxide, is my chosen method

I understand, I also just really wish to be free from it all, all I want is to never suffer in this dreadful, torturous existence ever again and I always suffer from how I cannot just have the option to cease existing peacefully that is guaranteed, I wish there's a straightforward way to just be gone, all I wish for is no more suffering, I hope you find peace.

To answer the first question, there are practically no "fool proof" CBT methods. The fact is that freak accidents happen. There are people who "get lucky" in regular accidents and people who "get unlucky". I saw someone was suggesting using firearms for CBT, there are cases where people have survived after and been disfigured. As for a method I'd look into is an old diesel generators without catalytic converters, they generate carbon monoxide in closed spaces which is an inert glass
