Does anyone get mad at people for no reason?

Earlier I was going for a walk and my mum asked me to buy milk. This really pissed me off and I just wanted to tell her to go fuck herself. That emotional response is something that happens sometimes and I have no clue why.

Does anyone else do this or does anyone understand why?

Lol! Yes, it might be that u are harboring some unconscious resentment but necessarily towards your mother. There's feelings u might be trying to push down or avoid. Then it just bursts out over some small thing because anything u resist persists.

Idk if you're depressed but it could be a symptom of depression. It happens with a lot of people in my family

Though, I did tell my father to go fuck himself! But I couldn't stand him and he had it coming.
