Same. I keep having spells where I zone out, alone and when ppl are around.
I don't think I have the concentration to succeed for any of the better methods.

Totally. Can't even finish a movie or book, all I do is lay in bed and watch random YouTube videos. Keeps forgetting about things that literally just happened, and I'm 21.

I can do some things but a lot of basic stuff like cooking for myself, showering, taking care of myself. But I have read over ten books in the last month.
