Idk, like I feel there should be no limits when dealing with bullies... I wish the worst upon them, I don't think you can go to far. Is that a bad thought process? And when I say bullying I mean just like, real bullying. Not silly jokes and stuff

I understand you friend, I understand your suffering, bullying is serious, and it really hurts. Do you have thoughts of slaughter? Like, Columbine?
By the way yes, I noticed by the design of your profile picture, looking like Eric Harris. You don't have to do what they did, there are other alternatives. And we are here to help you.

A "bad" thought process is probably not the way I would phrase it. Is it a healthy mindset for you? I mean, obviously not. We all hate bullies, and most of people believe an eye for an eye. However, with that being said, two people who commit cruel acts towards other people, is just two people who commit cruel acts towards other people. The reasons why might be different, but they're both doing the same thing.

The reason why this mindset is unhealthy, is mainly because of how desensitized it can make you. You don't want to feel desensitized to the humanity of another person. Rage, anger, resentment, etc. are all normal emotions to feel, especially if you're a victim. If you got your face punched in by a dude at your school, I don't think anyone would blame you if you punched him back - But if you end up punching and beating him up to the point of him having to be hospitalized or even losing his life - Then the mindset of "you can't take it too far with them" is the mindset that would lead to that. You don't end up having self restraint if you don't feel guilt towards another person.

If any of that makes sense. I don't think you're inherently violent, and I don't know your situation. But desensitizing yourself to humanity of another person, even if they deserve an ass whoopin', isn't a mindset that's going to lead to you anywhere good. Objectively. Even if you don't act on it, it's just not something you should teach yourself and get used to.

I don't think most people want to be deemed violent or aggressive if they're not. Again, I don't know if you are or not, but your post history makes me slightly nervous, if I'm being honest loool. But if people's response to your mindset/question is "Well, are you wanting to commit an act of murder?" - then it might be a mindset that you should question why that's people's default response to the concept of "there's no such thing as too far".

By the way yes, I noticed by the design of your profile picture, looking like Eric Harris. You don't have to do what they did, there are other alternatives. And we are here to help you.

Oh, goodness. I didn't even notice the profile picture. Now I'm extra nervous about their post history, this question and then the profile picture.....

Thank you, man. I wouldn't do what they did. Idk, I hate them but I can't like, I want to rise above them.

On a practical level (in some centres) they are the leaders and that is why people dare not interfere. Just try to ignore it as far as possible.

Or try to scare them somehow, get together with some friends, do something, but not really, think carefully about what you are going to do. But do something that will make them leave you alone. Watch this movie.

Yes although the ones who have been bullied themselves are also deserving of some compassion. Like if a kid is being abused at home and acts like a bully at school, I don't think they should be hated as should someone who just enjoys bullying because they can.

never really cared much for bullies, even when it was physical and online. i felt there were much larger things to worry about and caused more pain.
although an understanding and explanation of why would appease me as it repeated from friends to family , etc and occurred at different ages

I hate bullies because I've been bullied my whole life, I still get bullied every day IRL. I compensate for it by taking my anger out on strangers on the internet. So I guess you could call me a "cyber bully", but I just consider myself a loser edgelord who seeks attention online by posting dumb obscene bullshit nobody cares about. Most of the anger/racism/toxicity in my online posts are exaggerated and not what I truly believe, but I like the feeling of power I've lacked my whole life. God I'm so pathetic.

I got bullied in middle school during the onset of all my mental health issues. I still have hateful thoughts pondering where all those people are now hoping that it is somewhere miserable.

I just bully them back. I always have. Even in elementary school. If coworkers wanted to start rumors or provoke me, I'd turn it back around on them.

The problem with that is I only know 0 and 100. Nothing in between.

But I feel so bad afterwards. Like dude... "Why did you make me go there?"

They mistake kindness and quietness for weakness.

I absolutely loathe confrontation and will do what I can to avoid it, but I am not a 'turn the other cheek' type person.

Online isn't that much different. Give trolls a taste of their own medicine.

I'd love to give it back to them in spades but you have to be mindful of community rules so you don't get kicked off forums.

If Professional Bully & Troll Destroyer was a job I could make money from, I'd submit an application.

Weird question. I mean why would anyone not hate bullies? Personally I don't like the word "hate". I guess I would just dislike them immensely.

I think most people hate bullies as they bring nothing positive or productive, just trauma and pain.

Child bullies, I can forgive. They may be victims of child abuse at home and haven't fully matured yet. Adult bullies, though, are scum!

Agree, the older you get bullies change their tactics from physical to much more sophisticated later in life and can cause more pain and damage then teenage bullies.
