• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi, new to this forum but lurked for a while since my registration just got accepted, this is where my headspace is now, maybe kinda morbid and i'm not even sure what i'm looking for it's just sorta reflective reading local news article talking about a suicide that happened, a short brief about their life, the whys, their circumstances, sometimes they even post the suicide note which in other places are maybe not ethical
And it just kinda makes me think of how different life can really push people until they get to that point

I don't really go out searching up these kinds of articles - but I do find myself pondering this a lot. Reading through this forum (although I have to make sure I filter what I read as to not mess my mental state up more than it already is) helps me feel less alone. It also brings some comfort to know that many people have went before, and likely many will go after. Of course all will die at some point - some naturally, others through sickness and failing health, accidents and suicides. Dying is as natural as living.

I recently looked up a list of people that passed away around the same age that I am and it brought a sense of peace over me. Weirdly enough, these things help me get through another day and make me less fearful of death.

I have to admit though, I don't really have days anymore where I don't contemplate orr plan on CTB'ing. It's not helpful that I don't have a lot going on in life or things to really look forward to. It kind of feels freeing to know that I won't 'have' to make it until a natural end, if I choose not to - that is, if my method works out.

So do I, and I think of the same things. I do wish them peace. It's really sad, but I can't help but get curious. Might be a bit weird but it does make me feel more grateful for the life I have

Yeah it's rather weird but i feel the same, it can be comforting to know that this type of death can truly happen to anyone
