Ever since I lost my job, and just finally gave up, I'm exhausted. No matter how much I sleep, I'm still exhausted. Only a few cups of coffee will get me to feel "normal", but if I don't drink them, I may not ever get out of bed or do anything at all

It's becoming Jaded. Tired . It's a spiritual thing more than anything. Even in the most committed of things people get to this stage i know in my personal life I was zealous believer in a cause.

After a while i just didn't have same energy. Life takes it's toll on you. Beaten down constantly .
That sounds like depression.
yes it does

Yes, I am always tired, the kind of tired that no amount of sleep could ever take away. Simply just existing is exhausting to me, and I would like to rest more than anything, it comforts me, the thought of eternal sleep. To never have to think, feel or experience anything ever again is all that I want.

I know it's depression. But I'm just. Everything is exhausting now. I'm lucky enough to have really good friends, and before I would get some happiness talking to them. Now it's nothing.

Be very careful with this, you could have underlying health problems, such as vitamin deficiencies, autoimmune conditions, etc. Doctors are very good at gaslighting people with symptoms of fatigue into thinking it's their fault, it's psychological, and you need to just push harder and exercise more.

Well, now my health is permanently destroyed and I was put on useless psych drugs for years which made me worse because no one believed that I had physical health problems. Now, it doesn't matter what sort of mood I'm in, I am ill and incapacitated in many ways. Don't let your fatigue turn into CFS if you can help it.

If you're feeling fatigued at all please check to see if you've got any rouge blood test results, lingering infections, and so on. I had the B and D vitamin levels of a sailor with scurvy for years, and many problems have festered since then, because no one believed I was illl.

Sadly the testing route will mostly yield no results at any rate, because mysterious fatigue isn't particularly easy to investigate. Be it that we are depressed because we're tired, or that we're tired because we're depressed what remains is that we are both depressed and tired, and we don't know why.

yeah. Besides the fact that daily tasks make me tired, even on days when I lie in bed doing nothing, I feel like my body is rotting.

I guzzle coffee and I'm still exhausted. I eat healthy (other than the massive coffee consumption) and workout 3 days a week at least. I try but I feel like I'm dragging around a corpse most of the time.

Burnout and depression are a bad mix. I'm the same way it's a terrible feeling. Only caffeine momentarily helps me too.

I have no energy for life. I used to work 50-70 hours a week and workout 6 days a week. Now I am unemployed and overweight. I don't want to do anything and have suicidal thoughts all day.

Yes I feel tired all the time. I drag myself around my apartment to make coffee, have a cigarette, and take some kratom. And that's it. I just sit here tired.

Same here. Zero energy. I feel so drained from years of trying to make peace with a chronic issue. Pills can't help with that and nobody around me seems to understand which, in return, makes me feel even more tired that I already am.

I feel like all I want to do is sleep. It's so hard to get out of bed in the morning- some days I just take some Xanax and go right back to sleep after waking up. Or I start drinking in the morning to feel better

I haven't been able to sleep properly in months. I'm just not able to stay asleep for more than a couple of hours and when I do sleep I have nightmares so it's not restful. So yes, I'm always tired as well as the lethargy from depression. Just wish I could fall asleep and not wake up.

I got put on anti-depression medication which was also supposed to help me sleep. Trouble was I felt like a zombie all day.
I stopped the medication and now I'm back to waking up many times each night.
Still working out possibilities to ctb.
