Sometimes I ask myself "what something that could prevent me from ctb 100% if it happen" even if it's impossible. I imagine my life after that thing and I fall asleep. It's my favorite game

Interesting. I can see how that might be helpful. Unfortunately, I'm the opposite. I can't imagine anything that would 100% make life permanently worth living that isn't itself life-limiting. So instead I think about what something would make ctb absolutely a no-brainer, and satisfy myself that that something hasn't actually happened yet.I sometimes think about what would get me not to ctb too. There's not much, but sometimes its nice to think about what would actually make life worth living.
