Oh yes, I'm not blaming anyone for not having relationships/sex. Life sucks, lots of people have problems socializing for a lot of unfair reasons. My point was that not having relationships don't make you an incel. You are just lonely, like millions of people.

Sorry. I meant to reply to this earlier but I got lazy. That's always the problem with me is that I get lazy. That's why I think I am probably beyond saving though I appreciate the olive branch. It doesn't matter much what I want. What matters is that I just don't have enough willpower or influence to get it.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I know the pain and the frustration very well, and the lack of any quick fix. The offer is always there if you want to vent or want the perspective of someone who has 'been there' and learned lessons along the way. I send you my best wishes either way.

On another matter, I was 10 years old when this game came out and began the whole franchise. I had a Sega Master System at the time. There was also a wonderful TV show in 1993 that I always watched. It featured a legendary Blues musician from England, Long John Baldry, as Dr. Robotnik. Good times!

I'm a 39 year old male whose never been in a relationship or even had a friend of the opposite sex (I've had few male friends either thankfully) but when I was a teenager involuntary celibacy hadn't been formalised yet. It was just accepted that socially awkward males such as myself had no right to even be near young women.

If anyone is wondering, it's worth to observe them for some short time, like 6 moths to maybe 1 year, 1 and a half at most, there is a lot of good insight to be caught, especially regarding social psychology, behavioral patterns and overall some valuable cues about human psyche, simply by observing them.

Although I do advise against absorbing the stuff they produce in larger quantities as either it will make you feel like shit, or will start twisting your worldview into something akin to theirs (only if you aren't already in the same cart as them, then browse to your hearts content I guess)

One of most fascinating things I got from them, is that no matter how much and how good of advice you will put in their head, or how much you will show them other outlooks on life, world and people, they won't change, the ones that engage on the forums are very often hardcore closed-minded individuals, which frankly is pretty ironic.
