German news are way more boring than American news shows.

I like to watch Secular Talk on YouTube. Sometimes Glenn Greenwald. And sometimes they are genuinely funny. I heard some people watch Alex Jones solely for the purpose of getting entertained. They don't care whether it is bullshit and misinformation.

I think also German news shows have certain biases. But different ones than independent media on YouTube.

I like getting entertained, learn more and to chuckle. It is a mix of media that I consume. Sometimes I also follow yellow press articles out of fun.

There is a German publicly funded news source. The Bundeszentrale für Politische Bildung. Not many Germans know about it. But they have a really scientifical approach to news and I enjoy their dossiers. They also cover stances outside mainstream media. But they also have a pro Israel bias.

There's really no incentive in the modern age for news to contain the truth. I no longer find it entertaining anymore, so I just tune out. They just repeat most of the same nonsense and try to encourage people to pick their side, while claiming to be unbiased news people.

I avoid the news. I'll catch the gist on things like YouTube for the really big stories. But, I don't like reminders of how many attrocities are going on in the world. Not the most responsible way to live I know but, I prefer to stick my head in the sand. I just find this world depressing and full of corrupt leaders. It sickens me to hear about all their latest bullshit.

If I want to know the actual truth, I don't watch mainstream news, shows etc. Propaganda at its finest.
