I've never been diagnosed with anything.
I think I want to ctb purely due to the abuse I experienced in the last year and circumstantial reasons arising out of it. The year of abuse has completely changed my whole person and world view, and I have not been able to be diagnosed with anything for that as I have been too scared to see anyone because I'm extremely suicidal as a result of the abuse and I don't want to be sent away

So prob under diagnosed

I have c-ptsd. Some doctors just don't like diagnosing it for some reason, im not sure on the specifics. I was very angry when she didn't diagnose me. I have so many symptoms, my life is hell, I can't change. I just wanted some validation and recognition.

I've never been diagnosed, don't have the money neither the time or energy for therapy shit, on top of that the mental health is not taken seriously so if they diagnosed me with something they would either do nothing or lock me in a ward

no, i've gone through some shit but i definetly dont have trauma because it doesnt effect me at all. my shrink said the same thing. the only thing that effects me is my GD. i believe that if i wasnt suffering from it, i'd be even more of a piece of shit.

Yes, I have a diagnosis of depression. Some time later it became major depression and now I think it would probably be a bipolar diagnosis. Last year I had an episode of psychosis, before the episode I was very energetic, talking like a freak, etc etc...

I answered No, veering on Maybe.

I was diagnosed with Aspergers at a very young age. I would say that it was an accurate diagnosis.

In terms of depression anxiety etc, I get treatment for it, but no official diagnosis. Doctors said that I might have depression or so but nothing in writing. Just meds.

they are correct as far as the doctors understand depression now (im suicidal, but not depressed, its just a life philosophy) i think dpdr is missing. the episodes happen even if im not on drugs and they happen when im extremly emotionally stressed.

I believe I may have been misdiagnosed with schizophrenia. After only about 10 questions in a half an hour appointment, the doctor came to that conclusion, which makes me question the accuracy and thoroughness of the diagnosis. While I don't deny the possibility of having the condition, I feel that the diagnosis may be inaccurate or even insufficient. It seems that the doctor overlooked many other aspects of my life during the assessment, leading me to believe that I have been misdiagnosed or possibly underdiagnosed

I was for a while. I was diagnosed with GAD & MDD until I was diagnosed with Autism.
I still hold those two original diagnoses, but I feel like they're just a by-product of the Autism.

Absolutely. Due to my pitiful attempt to ctb, I was forced into a mental hospital and slapped with some general diagnoses (ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder) They didn't even talk to me before diagnosing me, they just threw me into a broad category.

I have only an autism diagnosis from when I was a child. I do not agree with this diagnosis and I feel other conditions are overlooked, usually with them using autism as an excuse.
I am waiting to see a psychiatrist for depression and OCD. I expect to be diagnosed with both (due to personally suffering from symptoms of both and having a family history of both), as well as selective mutism, and likely some sort of personality disorder.
