I'm just wondering. Because everywhere it says that friends&family shouldn't blame themselves for when it happens because they couldn't have prevented it anyway.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

As everything has a cause and effect I find the concept of responsibility irrelevant.
Sometimes.In a physical sense, you're correct. But as far as human interactions go, responsibility is a meaningful concept.
It is not my fault I was born this way, in this world, in this reality, etc. But it is also not the fault of anyone else.
