This is the one, this is it precisely! It's paradoxical to me. People see me suffering and can't help. When you want out they seem to not want to let you go. Why? It's their grief they're trying to get around. At least that's my take.
I remember when my grandma wanted out. Okay, she was terminally ill but I was happy to see her leave. She went with a smile and I didn't really mourn the loss in the regular sense. Impermanence, I guess.
A lot of people say this, and truthfully suicidal individuals have often been reaching for help and support from others for years before they ctb.I wish she had reached out for help cause I'd do anything to still have her alive even if not as my friend. So if you have any way of doing so, please do.
believe me - i am aware. ive been suicidal for years, since i was a kid and havent gotten much help until my unsuccessful attempt which happened in my late teens. i really get that, rn i am again alone without any actual support from friends who just assume that i am fine or genuinely dont care.A lot of people say this, and truthfully suicidal individuals have often been reaching for help and support from others for years before they ctb.
