Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

By far the most easily accessible buildings for jumping are parking garages. (sorry if it's different in France and this info isn't useful) Most of them don't even check to see if you parked a car there, and just have an open entrance to the elevator and stairs. Furthermore, most allow you to access the top floor and I (luckily) haven't seen any with suicide barriers yet, only railings that are at most a meter tall. However parking garages that are tall enough may be difficult to come across.
