Yes, my problems are justified. I don't know about others and I would care to know but usually it devolves into arguments, so I'd rather not know.

Personally I think that it's very reductionist to blame parents for everything.

Obviosly early years and parents have a large impact and definitely are a considerable factor but how many people were molested by friend or family member and parents had zero way of knowing. They specifically left children with someone they could trust - a pastor or teacher or scout leader, people and places that are considered specifically safe to be leaving your children with.

There are people whose parents are murdered.

There are people who were knocked over by vehicle and as result were placed on addictive painkillers which they could not get off and lost everything as result.

Then obvious genetic component.

PTSD from unrelated experiences like rape or robbery or serving in military - obviously again there are early factors which make some of these people more suceptible to ptsd but also many times it's because of support from others available in present or immidiately after an event.

Then there are cultural expectations of specific groups of people.

And also worth remembering that the world that you are growing up in is different to the world parents were tought how too navigate.

There are just too many factors to consider to blame everything on parents even if early years and attachments are large factor.

Question if someone's problems are justified is odd. Idk what you mean. Like are we justified to have these problems because we did something wrong or are we justified to be angry about it. If you asking if I deserve to be in this situation or I did something wrong the answer is no. Not in the slightest tiny bit. There is def no karma or justice really. Maybe some for some people, more accidentally, but nothing accurate which makes entire existance meaningless and pure torture.

I meant for yourself. Not in others eyes but in your own eyes. If you yourself do
