Sometimes I do then I realise I have to get over it.

Yes, all the time. The pain and suffering has been constant and severe since I was born. The events kept happening throughout my life and even now, I can't have the one thing that will make me the happiest girl in the world. The universe, God, or whatever is refusing to give it to me. How long must I wait and endure all of this?

Sometimes, not as much as before. The thing is its not only me. Life is full of people suffering like me. Society just hides us away. Its me and many more. I happen to be one of them. What feels surreal is having to take my own life. Thats what I dwell on more than anything else.

the most desperately heartbreaking thing for me is bawling my eyes out in the last moment while internally screaming I am so scared into the abyss. It's my life.

Some days yes, but most days no.
Being chronically ill such as I am means living on a rollercoaster of emotions... anger, despair, acceptance, more anger, more despair, more acceptance etc. And yes, some days I throw my hands up and say WHY ME!?
But if I am real honest, I know I am no more special than any other being.
Life is a Russian roulette, anything can happen to anyone.
I guess the real question is "why not me?"

Yes. I know I'm not the only one dealing with issues and I'm not even the only one dealing with my specific TYPE of problem. But what is immediate and relative to me in my surroundings makes me wonder not only "why me", but why not anyone else around me?
It's like I got picked last for the buddy system and I have to partner up with the teacher, except the teacher is doom, despair and a reflection of my ugly mug.

I remind myself of why and then am comforted by the fact that life is temporary, it will all end even if i cant find a way to obtain peace before then. The wait is too long though.

Yes, fairly oftenly too. I do question that why don't others suffer the way I do (or suffering in general) and that why I am singled out at times while others' aren't. While I know that ultimately that life isn't fair, it doesn't make anymore sense, nor does it make it easier for me. Sometimes there isn't a rational answer, but what I do know? I just cope until it's too much and/or untenable, then check myself out.
