misanthropy is negative anthropology. all humans are naturally evil and thus should be regulated by a social order to prevent chaos; chaos in a society is a consequence of improper regulation
on a more local level, i think that i am a misanthrope. the people i see and interact with are subject to my contempt. the world itself is too abstract for me to view as some unified force which deserves reprimand. i don't consider mankind to be evil, but situationally complacent in a cultural holocaust. i hate those who view hate as coextensive with a purported good or a consistent moral system
