• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    šŸ‘‰ View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have wanted to before... but I don't know. If it truly doesn't matter what I say or do because it is all predestined, then what would be the point? I don't need to save the world or have a lasting impact after I'm gone... but if nothing I say or do matters, why do anything at all?

You're assuming that individuals are really important enough for something like that to swirl around them. They aren't.Shit happens but that isn't fate just random circumstances.

Maybe yes, because sometimes no matter how hard you try to make things change or improve, they just get worse and keep pushing you closer to the point of no return. As if all your actions were in vain, since you cannot change your destiny no matter what you do. It's overwhelming when you feel so fucked up. It's hard to answer. It's possible that I no longer need to be here, and that's not just "bad luck" or a personal impression. The reality is very palpable.

Well, actually, I shouldn't be here, since I was the result of an unwanted pregnancy. I didn't come into this world in the best possible way.

The way I see it is that we come into life as kids with no pre-determined destiny or fate necessarily except that which our free choices produce. Each choice we make sets us down a road towards a certain destination, so that could be called fate, but the power of choice to change our direction always lies within our own control. Truly, each of us is the master of our own destiny by every single choice we make and think every moment of our lives, from beginning to end.

I think a free will is an illusion, the world is deterministic, you can call it fate.
