tbh thats all they do but like it doesnt like really help me at all, like it really doesnt, do i just have to focus on stuff related to my aesthetics or yap about how it looks like or such for it to work or something?

None of us do friend. Trauma is an anvil you drag behind you on a chain. Some people find a way to break that chain, some can't bear the weight and get stuck in place and still others of us want to pick up that anvil and jump. Regardless trauma weighs a tonne. lYou don't have to answer but are you able to find shelter for tonight while it's calm?

Ik what you mean. It takes me several days, sometimes weeks depending on the severity to recover from a trigger myself. I too struggle with trauma.
