Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have already stated that if anything happened to me I would not want anyone to resuscitate me but can I do this without having a terminal illness? I have bipolar and struggle with it but could I still request a DNR if anything happens to me?
Yea my ideal hanging location is between a road and a bicycle path so I was thinking of doing the same, but it wouldn't do anything. First responders need to "get off" on how heroic they are.
Anyway, UK citizens have a gift... it's called Beachy Head. Use it.

It varies by country as to what documents you can get. In most places "Advanced Directives" stating what sort of life support and palliative care you want are available to all adults and often free at clinic or hospital. They aren't suspicious and can be filed in your medical record.. DNR orders are trickier as they are usually only given to people who are terminal or quite old AND will be ignored if there is any doubt...and there is often doubt or the documents aren't present. There are also doctors who morally think a DNR doesn't apply in suicide and will act accordingly so its a total gamble even if you CAN get one. Tattoos, while a nice urban legend, are useless other than to notify responders you have a DNR and they should look for it...similar to alert bracelets. But if it's not right there they aren't going to spend time searching while you die and the tattoo itself has zero legal weight. People wonder about and ask this so much it should be part of a sticky/resources along with the realities of organ donation, going missing, and making it look like an accident. None of this stuff works but I think every one of us wonders about them at some point.

My father was on his death bed, he had a DNR as cancer destroyed his body, he went into cardiac arrest, guess what the mother fuckers spent the last moments of his life doing.... will NEVER forgive them!!!
So I can imagine a DNR is kinda a pointless thing now! No meaning or strength behind it

When my mom was dying from lung cancer they introduced the Liverpool care plan. All she was given was pain medication. At the time I couldn't understand why they were not feeding her and I said well what happens if she improves? They said she won't! I watched her get weaker and weaker in front of me. The Liverpool care plan was barbaric.

the whole UK health system sucks, don't get me wrong so much respect for the docs and nurses, their hands are tied by rules and regulations, but the actual running of the system is shit!! totally shit

Mental Health is the biggest problem with little and no money to help others. 6 weeks ago I nearly ended it and I'm still waiting to see someone at the hospital about it. Unless I go private I will probably die before getting any help on the NHS. People are dying because of no help or resources. NHS is nothing to be proud of anymore.

I had a major mental break down at start of April, another serious suicide attempt since then, got ninja styled pulled off off a bridge in July, taken an over dose, all failures on my part.... seen a doc ONCE!! Been left in a dangerous situation by a hospital (left to walk 30 miles at 130am as a solo female with no money or phone)
And yet I have still been discharged and told I am fine...
Fuck you is all I say!! I am aiming to CTB, I have just been a tad too drunk each time so far meaning I have been stopped, next time, fuck drink, i am going strongand out! the NHS is hopeless
I remember waking up in resuscitation and being poked by a nurse who said I was using up a bed and this should be for real sick patients. I pulled out my drip and caught the bus home only to met by the police and sectioned.
