Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I weigh around 110 lbs possibly even lighter because I have only been eating once a day lately, and my hight is 5 foot 4 inches. I'll be doing full suspension. Im wondering would putting on weight help or not? I could put on ankle weights or start eating more if more weight is preferred. I have a strong rope ordered, so it's not going to stretch or break under more weight. Would adding more weight create better pressure to restrict blood flow. I guess children accidentally hang themselves and they are light so probably doesn't matter. Would adding artificial weight (ankle weights) be unnecessary or would it create better tension?

You could buy a weighted vest. Or hold a dumbbell between your legs. That would be effective and more quicker. But I believe that weight is way more than enough. Just three to four KGS is enough pressure for partial hanging if I'm not mistaken. So full should require even less, right?

That made me realize I have a weighted blanket and it painted a funny picture in my head of what an attempt would look like with that.

I had thought about holding dumbbells before, I thought maybe it would tighten the rope quickly.

Ya, I think any one of any weight is going to die if they are fully suspended long enough. Its kinda tough to not to die, like you can't be hanging for an hour and walk away just fine and dandy. I think I was just overthinking.

You'll be fine even without adding extra weight.

According to the theory:

Carotid artery occludes with 4-5kgs tension
Trachea occludes with 15kg tension.
Jugular veins occludes with 2kg tension.
