I had a strange incident around Christmas, I started using those ghost apps and shapes were showing on my sofa, I had a breakdown after it and was obsessed there was a ghost living in the corner of my front room. It was probably caused by my mental health, horrible.

It was probably the app that applied some shapes on the screen, that sounds like their point. No ghost living in the corner of you front im sure of that.

Many years ago, while I was laying in bed, I had an ash tray fly across the room and shatter my mirror .

Another time I was cooking thanksgiving dinner and I had a glass full of Pepsi slide across the kitchen counter.

I've never been able to explain either instance

the most odd or somewhat or suspected paranormal experience I've had is when I got a new television and a few days into using it during a commercial break it started repeating a phrase or some audio from a commercial while frozen and then it turned brown and sepia and the commercial almost looked like it was burning out or something (the people pictured)

and then made a loud noise almost like a pop or bang from its built in speaker and as it did that it went out

then within a few seconds everything was back to normal

I still have no idea what would cause that so I assume it was because the TV was somewhat old but not ancient and because I cleaned it with alcohol when I got it (because of the smoke smell it had)

besides that experience I used to sometimes feel a cold touch or presence around me

at where I reside now there are only tricks of the light and shadows that I confuse for people

I don't personally believe in the paranormal, but i once did have an experience that i'm sure some superstitious people would classify as such.
Basically a few years ago i had a sleep paralysis. I woke up lying on my back, and to the right side of me on my bed there was a black haired child with pale skin just sitting there looking away from me. As i observed it, it slowly turned it's head towards me and started grinning at me with razor sharp teeth. Whole thing lasted maybe 25 seconds. I didn't feel any panic in that moment, it was a neutral experience. That was the first and last time i ever had a sleep paralysis, definitely odd.

Probably and I hate Christmas so was partly depressed and anxious too.
