Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Yeah that's what my logical mind tells me.
Not difficult. Plenty of guides here to help with how to do it, what kit to buy, etc. Could even send a small portion off to a private lab for analysis if you have the means. There are threads on that, too. Could just do a blood test, also.
