Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm sorry but this just doesn't seem true… it's not feasible for UK border / customs to inspect every incoming package in order to check if it contains SN
My SN arrived in the UK yesterday from SD and I haven't received a welfare check yet. It came in a plain brown box without any identifying markings, so it doesn't seem there was any reason to check it.
They do have bank accounts by default, and receipts. They don't manually open everything to check, but they do it when looking at financial stuff. If you've never bought from a chemical supplier that will set off a flag, then they'll look at what you ordered from them etc. That's how they do checks like this. I'm 90% sure this will get them a welfare check if importing.
edit: I just read the post above me, I may be doomering too hard here.

Border Force is alerted when this substance enters the UK so that any unregistered buyer will receive a welfare check under the Government's "Right Care, Right Person" scheme; if there is "immediate risk to life or serious harm", a Government spokesperson confirmed, the police will attend.

Hi, I know there's very important reasons for not sharing direct information (or even hints) on this website. But I'm trying to find out about SD and it's very difficult for that reason. Any chance you could hint about how you found it...?
