Discuss OD from PPH

I have sourced some Amitriptyline which is in the cardiac drug section of PPH. I have Benzo too.
Suffering from worsening illness and need a way out.

Issue is the Ami seems the type that you can't crush (possibly) so would need to take 90 somehow. Anyone considered this before?

Otherwise looking at Helium/ Nitrogen but I'm not very practical and the instructions overwhelm me.

put it into a blender to crush it. then mix it with water or yogurt. you need about 9 grams i think, what else are you planning taking with it anything else other than benzos and anti emetics?

Thank you. I have managed to source SN amazingly so I plan to use that. I've tested it and it seemed strong. Going to take it this week is the plan. I'm hoping it is successful and as peaceful as possible. I hope to avoid Amitriptyline as a result.

that's much better you very high chance of success with SN. remember there is a big risk of vomiting so take an anti emetic 40 minutes before and have another glass ready if u do throw up... don't drink it entirely on an empty stomach i would have some toast after fasting for a number of hours

Helium is not a viable option. At least some have up to 25% o2 added to it so it won't work as an insert gas. Argon is the other insert gas that will work

My plans have been delayed while I explore some possible treatments for current illnesses. Partly because being focussed on suicide led to my whole body shutting down and I dissociated. PartLy to see if I can improve, for me, and my parents.
However my ability to bear the symptoms is limited and treatment would take time….so I'm reassessing monthly and may move to it again by September.

No empty stomach is not better, 30 minutes before taking SN I believe its said in the PPEH as well its going to make it easier on your stomach that's for sure so you'll be able to keep it down without vomiting...

I understand what you mean, I have chronic pain and its really hard to bear even with opioids, I'm currently taking methadone and I overdosed on it once before, woke up in hospital two weeks later.
