Due to my depression, my sleeping routine is kind of messed up. I sometimes go to bed on 3am, 5am or even 7am, which is why I'm often sleep deprived. Of course this also contributes to a lacking day routine and getting up very late.

How do you manage your sleeping routine with depression?

How do you manage your sleeping routine with depression?
I had sleep issues all my life due to depression and complex PTSD, I've tried everything to fix it. Only 2 things have worked, sleep meds or to sleep with someone I fully trust. I need prescription meds for sleep, melatonin never worked for me.
