Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Did clonazepam help you overcome the emotional burden that comes with overthinking and rumination? Or do you think there are other benzos that have better results?

i don't think benzos will "help you overcome the emotional burden that comes with overthinking and rumination".

benzos primarily treat anxiety, slow your central nervous system. but this possible relief is certainly welcome for lots of people. generally you do not want to take benzo's for too long. tolerance and addiction can occur.

i use clonazapem occasionally before bed if too much stuff was spinning around in my head that day.

Benzos make the hell stop for a little while but they wear off and tolerance creeps in with more use. You also become the most boring person and unreliable person ever and everyone can see that you are a mess. Seriously benzo addicts radiate misery in a way that other drug addictions can't match. They're even worse than alcohol in that you can just keep doing them.

It has really helped my anxiety - not sure what my Dr is planning, supposedly it's short term, but I've been on it a few months and no mention of discontinuing it. I really hope he doesn't, because before the anxiety was so bad it felt like my guts were being ripped out.

I have noticed, a known side effect, my short term memory is suffering. I take my pills and forget 5 minutes later if I've taken them yet.

It has been life changing for anxiety, as for suicidal ideation, my life is too messed up to fix that, at least now I'm calm about the disaster my life is.
