Diazepam for SN

Hi,
I have the diazepam for the SN method and it says to crush them and put it in water but can I just take them orally as tablets? What is the purpose of crushing the Diazepam first?

Depens when you want to use them.1h/45 m before sn leave them as they are.If you take them at the same time with sn is reccomended to crush them so the absorption will be faster.
But its probably better to take diazepam before the sn

Crushing tablets may result in quicker absorption in the stomach bc stomach acid and liquids there must not dissolve the tablet first.

Taking it as powder mixed with water results in faster absorption after you drink it, that's the purpose I think.

Literally a second before the SN, hoping it doesn't taste too bad.
I'm prescribed diazepam fortunately.
My mortor and pestle arrived yesterday so I'm almost all set.
