What's the first rule when you find yourself in a hole? Stop digging! You are making your own life miserable. Stop it! Get some ORDER in your life and you'll feel MUCH better. (I assume you want to feel better.)
Go to sleep and wake up at a regular time. (I recommend 10pm and 6am) Spend a few minutes in bed praying and giving thanks upon waking and before going to sleep. Six days per week go outside and fast walk or jog for at least 15 min. Then exercise at home 3 days per week (mix burpees, squat thrusts, jumping jacks, air squats, push ups, sit ups, lunges, dips between chairs, use broomstick between chairs for inverted rows, pull-ups with door frame bar). Shower & dress. Eat big protein and fat rich breakfast (milk, eggs, sausages). Eat regular meals (6am breakfast, noon lunch, 3pm snack, 6pm dinner). Wind down from 9pm to bedtime at 10pm. Take Sundays off to visit a church and go to a park or beach, play basketball, ride your bike, play tennis or golf or whatever is fun for you.
Set daily goals (clean bedroom, do laundry, get to school/work on time, do homework, watch a comedy), and make daily plans to achieve your daily and long term goals.
Do that for a week and you'll feel a lot better! It's all free and doesn't depend upon anyone else.
Try everything before throwing away everything. I would even look into psychedelics. The bus will always come by tomorrow, next week, next month. You can always catch it then if you still want to.
