Method Designer drug overdose

If anyone is familiar with the highly potent kratom extract 7oh, I was wondering if this could potentially cause a reliable way to overdose in the same way morphine can kill you in an overdose

It would cause respiratory depression, which I'd imagine isn't a peaceful way to CTB. But is it possible when you have limited resources

The Kratom is very similar to morphine and much more potent, whilst also similar OD effects you'd most likely experience seizures ontop of everything else.
