If you want to do it easily with a drink, a simple answer would be an energy drink, which would wake you up. Getting out of the bed, you can lay there, and tell yourself as soon as you finish counting to 5, you will get up. Start counting, and every time you count a number, move a part of your body. No need to rush, take your time, but not too long so that you slip back to anchoring yourself again. As soon as you count 5, launch yourself out of bed onto your feet or sit up quickly. If you really don't mind, you can roll of the bed.
