There was a woman from Wisconsin that defrauded an elderly friend she was also a caregiver for and then poisoned her with eye drops and staged it as a suicide. She got caught and found guilty. I believe doctors can get cyanide and other poisons/chems since a lot of them can be used medically in small amounts. Like we all know Vets have the best chance at getting N.
