Hello, has been a long time since I've been here but I'm happy this place still exists. Long story short, I was suicidal and went to a physiatrist and luckily I no longer experience suicidal thoughts on a dialy basis; but sometimes memories flood and I fear going back to the dark place. Is like is trying to drag me there. Does someone else's fear this?. A fear of being stuck in a loop?.

Anyone can have the past lurk over their shoulder. One key tactic is to credit yourself for the success you have had and use that as a confidence builder to keep the demons at bay.
