Deleting online profiles

Will you be deleting your online profiles before you CTB? I've been debating whether or not to slowly chip away at them before my times up. I don't really want them gone because of police reasons, but I want them gone so I'm not remembered as frequently.

For my first attempt I deleted all the pictures of myself and my full name. Pretty much anything that would remind people of my life and I worthless I am. In the future I'll probably do the same

When I ctb I want to be forgotten it would make it easier for the people that still care about me and put me at peace knowing that I am no longer a burden to them

Barely had anything online anyways, no pictures of me online so idc about the little social media I own, I'll just leave what I have up

Deleted my Facebook months ago, and my Fetlife a year ago (maybe? Not that it matters). Might delete my Cuddlebuddy and my YouTube even with YouTube I'm not a content creator so really who cares.

If a loved one dies you can speak to Facebook about closing their account. Not sure about other platforms
