Discussion Deep pain for others

I have found myself again in a dark place, feeling useless and worthless and pain from things in my past.
However, I seem to have deeper pain for people on here, the distress and despair that has brought you all here. I find it so heart wrenching to read people's stories. It is so damn sad that so so many have had such shitty lives that death seems the only option.
I am sorry for all the pain and suffering you are all feeling.

Yes, it's good you feel empathy. There is so much shit to feel empathy/bad about...not just on this. I feel the worst for animals and people/kids abused. Shit on some subs on Reddit is really really bad.

I don't see so much explanations of why shit is so bad from people explaining on ss. It seems more about the logistics of doing it. It's nice that you care. It's hard.
