I'm really in deep depression I am totally on my own have nobody around. I'm not eating, sleeping, showering or going out I have no energy. I keep thinking about dying and feeling like it's my only way out. I previously bought SN but panicked as police found out I had it and threw it away wish I didn't now. I want to buy some more but not sure how I live in UK. Nothing brings me joy anymore I've just had enough
