It looks like I'm going to prison again soon.

I have a 50/50 chance of going away for maybe 5 years. I don't want to bore you with the details but things are bad.

What serious possibilities do I have of commuting suicide in prison? Am I only limited to partial hanging.

It's hard enough outside of a metal box, but with cell mates and guards it's neigh on impossible. Do let me know your thoughts. Do I gamble and attend court, or go for it now. I'm 99% sure I want to die.

I do wonder if the 1% is survival instinct or genuine hope.

i went to jail earlier this year and may have to go back. (for stupid shit i did during a psychotic episode). jail/prison life ain't for me. seems like some people don't mind it though...what about you?

I don't mind it. Right now I'm fed up on life I'm not sure if this should or is the straw that broke the camels back.
My best friend died recently. I'm totally distraught I can't even begin to process it. I just wanna go.

Based on a post from a former prison guard partial hanging was the only option he ever saw work during his years there- some people tried cutting but it never worked during his time. It's your decision whether to try to ctb, it's important on this site to follow the key rule- to not encourage acts. The post from this former prison guard said since then he has tried 25 times to do partial in a seated position, just like they were, with the knot just like they had it, and it never has worked for him, and he can't figure out why. This is the method used by Robin Williams, so it can work, but it seems to fail most of the time based on the posts I have seen.
