SI is a major problem with this method. From the videos I've seen on WPD, running and jumping off without hesitation is the most effective way. 'Cause the longer you stand on the edge, the more scared and hesitant you'll get. I'm not sure if the 11th floor is high enough. It depends on your landing position, whether there's a green belt on the ground, and if there's an awning on the window.
