I'm new here, so forgive me if this post is redundant. I've attempted Suicide multiple times in the past, and honestly they were half ass tries. Over the past few days I've practiced partial suspended hanging, and I've managed to hit the "sweet spot" only twice. The second time I did it I was only a few seconds away from passing out, but got scared and backed out.
I think what I need to do is get buzzed so that my survival instinct isn't so strong. Does anyone know if that would be effective enough? Everything else has been figured out as far as the method goes, so it's not dependent on my ability to fight the instinct.
