I've finally set my mind on a date i'll ctb.
I have a few performances (i'm an athlete) this week, and then a team night next week. I want to attend that and have fun with my team for the last time before i go!
I've decided to ctb on dec 17th, so in about 1.5 weeks from now. I'll go by partial hanging, and learning from past mistakes, i'll practice the position of the rope beforehand to avoid another failed attempt.
My main "problem" or obstacle is the fact that i have an appointment with my psych nurse in a week, and i'm kinda scared i'll accidentally tell him about my plan. i got put in a psych ward less than a month ago for a failed attempt, so if they hear anything about me planning something again, i'll be forced inpatient..
anyways, i'll just hope i can't go through with the plan successfully! i don't really have much to do here, so i'm sure 1.5 weeks is plenty. especially as i was supposed to go a month ago already.
any tips are appreciated!
