Do you suffer from severe mental illness that's making you want to CTB?
If so, do you mind sharing what illness you're suffering from?

For me, I've been diagnosed with ADHD & schizoaffective disorder.

It's weird, as there seems to be an overlapping of symptoms in many mental illnesses. One mental illness can present itself in various ways. Even brain tumours sometimes manifest themselves in ways that match the symptoms of psychosis.

I think doctor's and medical scientists need to look into this further. Which they have, to an extent, but, psychiatric treatment hasn't seemed to catch up.

The DSM-5 is more akin to a guidebook if anything IMHO.

Bipolar 1, GAD, ADHD. The trifecta, I skew heavily towards depression and haven't been happy in god knows how long. I barely function at work and spend all my off time in bed.

I was never diagnosed properly, but Complex PTSD

also probably 3 other things and another thing that I don't think is in the DSM IV-R or DSM 5 but probably should be that isn't really described adequately by other things.
