Hi guys, I recently learned about this thing called "serotonin syndrome" that can occur when there is too much serotonin in the body (if I have understood correctly). It turns out it can even lead to death. What do you guys think? I want to try it because I have a lot of Sertraline (Zoloft) pills, but I also don't want to risk it.
Anybody got something to share? I'm not well versed in chemistry I'm afraid so my desire to make an extensive research might be futile, but I hope somebody else can add their thoughts...

Serotonin syndrome is very uncomfortable. Speaking from personal experience. Find a different method.

It doesn't just lead to death all the time. You are also likely to get liver damage from Zoloft overdose rather than serotonin syndrome.

It's horrible to see and treat and usually just causes a whole lot of pain. I wouldn't, it's really symptomatic and you'd want the reversal because of the sheer pain and uncomfortability, at least from experience.

I have a shit ton of Lexapro, but I'm not planning to OD on it. I'm planning to take them all before I take KN to reduce any and all stress

EDIT: Overdoses also rarely work, speaking from 6 failed attemps

I have had Serotonin Syndrome; one time I got my Celexa dosage mixed up and took too much. All HELL broke loose and away to the ER I went. Then spend the next day or so shaking, sweating, throwing up all over the place, it was pure HELL.

NEVER EVER would I want ANYTHING like that again ever.

Also, what @DrJ3llyf1sh said is so true. Overdosing is a gamble at best. All the misery and then the damaged organs that one has to live with after pulling through is NOT EVER worth EVERN thinking about it.

Just writing this, brings back memories of ER and all the hell that I went through with messing up the dosage of Celexa and HELL NO, I would rather be hunted down by a group of terminators and drawn and quartered then going through that hell again.

PLEASE get this idea out of your head and put it in the trash bin and never ever think of it again,

I care about you so much and I would never want anyone to suffer like I did ever.

Walter

Thank you guys for all the answers! As you can see intelligence is not my strongest suit... man, why is it so hard to just die? I will continue planning the hanging then. Thank you again and I'm sorry for all the people who have experienced it, I had no idea it can be that bad! I was reading articles and remember thinking to myself "huh, this doesn't sound that bad..." Thank you guys

I'm sorry but I think this would be really painful and can have other added complications like liver damage :( Wouldn't want you to go through that

I was a nurse & serotonin syndrome is nothing to mess with. You could wind up very debilitated.
In the slim chance it was fatal, a person would go thru seemingly endless hell! 🤗🌹💔
