Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Deal breaker. What if the only available products are inedible, inadequate or horrendously subpar? I'd have to see the product list first before agreeing.
You're able to speak any language but get the hiccups after speaking each sentence.
I hate cilantro, but not a deal breaker, idk if you've had Cafe Yumms, (I think it's mostly an American/West Coast thing) but they have these amazing Yumm bowls which have cilantro in them but are still great! Lots of food can override cilantro taste if you pick the right dishes. Worst case scenario, I'd just pick the stuff out. (This is of course supposing everything is free, I mean who would say no to never being afraid of starving?) Though I suppose I could understand it if you have an intense hatred of cilantro like my hatred of ginkgo or coneflower.
Deal breaker: You can have the perfect house but obnoxiously loud neighbors and there's nothing you can do about it.
