intrusive thoughts and uncontrollable maladaptive daydreaming is all i do in life lately.
i dont get out of bed most the days and the days where im forced to leave the house is the worst because i could be sitting in my bed and dreaming what would make me feel happy and free
sometimes when i pass something like a bridge, i slip into a daydream filled with intrusive thoughts and i wont be able to get out of it unless im spoken to or touched
sometimes i just lay in bed and daydream about laying on the train tracks or jumping off the highway bridge thats so close to my house and it makes me happy..
