I was hanging out with my bestfriend this evening. We had a great time, the last hangout before I plan on CTB. But, something really bothered me. Not her fault at all, it's just my jealousy. We were out pretty late, it was really dark out and we wanted to walk through a sketchy neighborhood as a detour. Before we began walking she told me she had to call her dad. I didn't really think much of it, I thought she just had to ask him something. I didn't really care. But, then she told me her dad makes her stay on facetime with him when she's walking at night. Alone or not. Hearing that made me REALLY jealous. Me and my father were never close, and I know he wouldn't care enough to do that with me. He probably wouldn't even care about me being out late in the first place. I tried to smile and keep on walking but God, I wanted to just start crying and fall to my knees right there. Hearing them laugh and joke on the phone together right next to me was even worse. Came home after that and curled into a ball on my bedroom floor.
