Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Last time I checked on here, @Diacon made a thread talking about the invalid email issue and I didn't believe them, I thought they must've had an error. Turns out this is indeed the truth and it's terrible. I hope we find a good source for N soon

Not that I'm aware of.
I don't think it has been published yet. There was someone claiming it's in the latest Exit International Handbook (essentials, August 2022). But I haven't seen that yet.
EDIT: I don't think we even know if he continues to supply. We'll have to wait.

I thought that was odd too. It had never happened in the past. Plus, why (and how) would anyone do that. You just turn off you're computer/devices, log out or switch them to silent. None of which cause your accounts to stop receiving correspondence. Really odd!
Yes. Having a backup (Plan B) is always a good idea. SN will possibly become more difficult to get going forward (if you don't live in the US).
There have been a few high profile CTBs in the last year. One was just covered in the media just last week. I expect countries to either try and regulate SN at some point or more suppliers becoming more careful about who they sell to.
IC is still a reliable source but they too are feeling the pressure.
Carbon Monoxide is a good option but has logistical challenges and limitations. Can't be done easily (or safely) if living in an apartment/shared space with other people. Not everyone can physically go on a camping trip any time of year.
Many favour Fentanyl over CO2, but I can't speak to accessibility or method.

The thing is: the author of the PPeH is pretty much the only reliable source of information. If he says a supplier is legit, it's legit. If he hasn't built a track record with the supplier, he won't recommend them.
The thing is he has recommended a supplier in the past that was most likely a scam and took the supplier off in the next month's update. I wouldn't take everything PN says as gospel.

Unless you are eluding to A who was a reliable source until he started scamming people.
When exit became aware they removed him. But I can't see how that is Exit's fault.

I see. That must have been before my time.
I don't disagree that we shouldn't take everything from the PPeH as gospel. I think that's why the forum is really valuable to see who experiences what.
The PPEH has probably benefited from us crowdsourcing info and experience.
But in turn we benefit from them screening info as well.
It's a good symbiosis.

I can't see D's new email address because I don't have The Essentials yet. I have a subscription to the Dutch version and they haven't quite finished translating it. Luckily I have everything for ctb so I don't really need it.
I only know what was said in the Forum of Exit international. Here are some members who have The Essentionals, so hopefully they can help further with this.

The Peaceful Pill eHandbook is the product of more than a decade of hands-on research, development & teaching in the area of end-of-life planning strategies by Dr Philip Nitschke.

That's a bit subjective but I think It's definitely worth it if you have the resources for N. There is information coming in about the new email. I think we have a decent chance that it won't be long before that email is available to share and new orders of N are fulfilled.

Dying with Dignity… but maybe I have the names mixed up. Sorry.
(EDIT: the correct name is exit international)
The author of the PPeH runs a website with a forum/chat but it's only available for people over 50. They require ID for access, so only very few here can see what is being said over there.

So we all here have been relying on that good doctor and his recommendations.
Now we need to wait what's next and that's why it would be good to know what is being reported in the other forum.
Yeah, expect to be quizzed and to jump through some hoops. They can be a bit rude too tbh. Probably fatigued from time wasters and tyre kickers but doesn't justify it. Not sure how they do it now but in the past they took payment before vetting customers and then moaned about processing refunds when they turned people down. Quite rude all things considered.
I guess, on the plus side, at least they do consider some mitigating circumstances. If you're terminally ill and have no mental helth issues you will most likely get access.

So many people involved in running "more evolved" fads and who are "bringing morality to the world" are extremely disappointing if not outright unacceptable behind the veneer. But hey, that's all there is. They made sure of it. This planet will get what it deserves.
I wonder if they let some people join right away w/o questions because they want those people to die. Wtvr. As long as it's peaceful it's a win-win.
