Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I read a thread where they were talking about exactly this situation and they suggested to use own name and details so that it doesn't feel suspicious to officers. Although i have read that some people were not able to get the SN as it got seized.
Based on those threads, yes if it got seized, they did get a welfare check. One of those members was from UK.
Give it a try, ask them to mislabel it, that may help
